Overview
This page lists a number of software projects I (co-)developed over the last several years. Most of these projects were released under an open source license and the code has been made available.
Machine Learning Software
Machine Learning Software I wrote or contributed to throughout my research. In particular the SHOGUN machine learning toolbox (the software project I mainly work on), libocas and the machine learning open source software portal mloss.org.
Bioinformatics Software
Bioinformatics Software I wrote or contributed to throughout my research. In particular ARTS (the to-date most accurate transcription start site detector), ASP (the to-date most accurate splice site predictor), mSplicer and mGene (spliceform prediction and genefinding). Note that all of these programs make heavy use of machine learning and therefore require the shogun machine learning toolbox to run.
Computer Graphics
This lists a couple of fun-projects that incidentally are all related to computer graphics. A Lorenz Attractor Screensaver, a gnome applet that displays a fire on CPU load and miscellenous scripts.
